[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]On the occasion of the Milan Design Week 2002, Raffaele Iannello presented the Heartquake project. Entirely made by him both in the software and in the hardware part, it was an artistic project initially created for the web and then evolved into an interactive installation for large collective spaces.<\/p>\n

Developed in collaboration with Apple and Sharp, which supplied computers and video projectors respectively, this Net Art installation took place in various locations simultaneously. In fact, there were 4 workstations set up during the design week: inside the Cloisters of the Umanitaria, at the Spazio Consolo and in two prestigious showrooms of the Fuorisalone circuit.<\/p>\n

The specially designed plexiglass sculpture, with a very minimalist design, contained an Apple computer (an iMac G4, not yet on sale and for the first time exposed to the Italian public) connected to a high-end Sharp video projector, capable of brilliant and defined images. The soundtrack of the installation was created by the Preludio agency, whose musicians had worked closely with Raffaele.<\/p>\n
