The movie Sublime directed by Tony Krantz starring Tom Cavanagh, Kathleen York and Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs is a thriller-horror film released in the US in 2007. On the day of his fortieth birthday, the protagonist receives numerous presents, including a red Voodoo / The Ex knife set. During the story, the protagonist ends up in the hospital, where he has several nightmares. In one of these nightmares, he dreams about an infomercial where the seller shows one by one all of the gifts that he received on his birthday: from family pictures to the famous knife set. While showing all of its details, the designer who created it (Raffaele Iannello) is named in the film.
