Organized by Gumdesign on the occasion of Milan Design Week, the Sottospirito exhibition involved numerous designers from all over the world, called to deal with the theme of spirituality. Among these, also Raffaele Iannello who presented his very personal interpretation of an iconic object for all Christians: the crucifix.

The Cross prototype on display was created by the well-known jewelery manufacturer Kris who, in collaboration and on the designer’s instructions, used mirror-polished steel for the cross, burnished silver for the stylized human figure and black leather for the necklace. The company logo was then branded on the figure’s chest.
