The World Usability Day is an event that every year, in various cities, brings together designers, researchers, developers and communication professionals with the aim of spreading good design and human-centered design practices. The 2018 edition, in Milan, was organized by the Avanade agency with the collaboration of the University of Milan-Bicocca. It took place at Microsoft House on November 8th.

Raffaele Iannello was one of the speakers invited to participate and he told of his ironic and provocative approach to the world of design. During his speech, he illustrated many of his projects including Voodoo / The Ex, Five Finger Fillet, Pinocchio, Magic Mirror, Happy Fish, XXXitchen.
